To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging and accessories.

Should you wish to return an item due to a change of heart or personal preference, we kindly ask that you arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, our team will be happy to assist with an appropriate resolution, including applicable return shipping costs.

We'll carefully review your concern and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Where a return is required due to an error, damage or defect, we will cover applicable return shipping costs.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
